Sue Thomas has been appointed by Dartington Hall as one of a small team supporting nineteen budding social entrepreneurs through a year-long part-time development programme.

This is the first time that such a programme has run in Devon and represents an exciting addition to Dartington's wide-ranging portfolio in the social justice and sustainability arenas, intersecting with several of Sue Thomas Coaching's particular interests.

The Torbay Business Boost programme will offer local businesses a range of high-impact workshops in topics close to their hearts and their wallets. In 'Small business leadership made easier' Sue Thomas will help business owners get out of the engine room and up into the fresh air to view the horizon. Sue Thomas, director of Sue Thomas Coaching Ltd, has been invited by Leadership South West to develop an advanced two-day workshop.

This workshop, to be hosted at the University of Exeter's Business School, will examine ways to improve the practice of developing leaders through coaching.
